Install and activate VidKite Pro

1. Install the app

Windows

1. Download the single v1.6.13 Windows installer from the official download page.
2. Choose the installation language and follow the on-screen steps.
3. Open VidKite Pro, switch the interface language if needed, choose a save folder, and test a public video link.

macOS

1. Download the v1.6.14 DMG for Apple silicon.
2. Open it and drag VidKite Pro into Applications.
3. Open the app from Applications. If macOS blocks the first launch, confirm the file came from vidkite.com and allow it in Privacy & Security.

2. Use the free trial

The trial starts with your first actual desktop or bot download and lasts for 24 hours or 10 successful downloads, whichever comes first.

3. Optional: connect a bot

Open Robot Management to configure Telegram or Feishu. Both bots can remain active at the same time and share the app's download location. See the Telegram bot guide for detailed steps.

4. Copy your machine code

1. Select Activate in the top-right corner.
2. Copy the complete machine code.
3. Paste it into the website checkout form.

5. Enter the activation code

1. After payment, copy the complete activation code from the result page.
2. Paste it into the app activation window.
3. Accept the license terms and select Activate Pro.

6. Install updates

Close the old version and install the new one over it. Activation, save location, and Telegram or Feishu settings are retained on the same computer.
