Terms of use
VidKite Pro is intended only for saving content you own, have permission to download, or may lawfully save. You must not use it to infringe copyright, privacy, trade secrets, access controls or digital rights protection.
Pro membership includes unlimited online download count up to source-available 1080p and desktop access for the same period. Weekly plans last 7 days, monthly 30 days and annual 365 days, from confirmed payment. Renewals extend the current expiry; there is no automatic renewal. Online tasks are limited to 2 concurrently; 1080p files to 15 minutes / 150 MB. Existing points and lifetime licenses remain valid. Each desktop activation code is claimed in the Membership Center and tied to one machine code. Refresh the code after renewal; existing clients check the expiry date. You may not resell, rent, share, reverse engineer or bypass licensing and trial limits.
Third-party platforms can change their pages, login requirements and access rules at any time. VidKite cannot promise that every link, private item, paid item or protected item will remain downloadable.
Privacy
During checkout we process the name you choose to provide, purchase email, machine code, selected plan, payment provider, order status and activation code. This information is used for payment confirmation, license delivery, order recovery and support.
To understand site usage and improve the purchase flow, VidKite records page views, a random visitor identifier, referral source, device type, country or region, and download or checkout interactions. IP addresses are converted server-side into non-readable summaries for deduplication; the merchant dashboard does not display or store complete IP addresses.
PayPal processes payment credentials on its own checkout. VidKite does not request or store your PayPal password or full card details. Online downloads submit video links to our servers and record task status, quality and file size. Processed files are stored temporarily until the indicated expiry. Desktop downloads stay in the folder you choose. Membership expiry and the bound machine code are stored to verify access.
Refunds
The free trial is provided so you can test the main workflow before buying. Membership is credited after payment is confirmed; desktop activation codes can then be claimed for your machine in the Membership Center.
Contact support for duplicate charges, a completed payment without license delivery, an activation code that does not work on the purchased machine code, or a verified product fault that support cannot resolve. Platform restrictions, deleted links, private content and content you are not authorized to save are not product faults.
