Terms of use
VidKite Pro is intended only for saving content you own, have permission to download, or may lawfully save. You must not use it to infringe copyright, privacy, trade secrets, access controls or digital rights protection.
Each activation code is tied to the machine code entered during purchase. You may not resell, rent, share, reverse engineer or bypass licensing and trial limits.
Third-party platforms can change their pages, login requirements and access rules at any time. VidKite cannot promise that every link, private item, paid item or protected item will remain downloadable.
Privacy
During checkout we process the name you choose to provide, purchase email, machine code, selected plan, payment provider, order status and activation code. This information is used for payment confirmation, license delivery, order recovery and support.
PayPal processes payment credentials on its own checkout. VidKite does not request or store your PayPal password or full card details. Downloaded videos and submitted video links are not uploaded through the VidKite website; downloaded files stay in the folder you choose on your computer.
Refunds
The free trial is provided so you can test the main workflow before buying. Digital licenses are delivered immediately for the machine code entered during checkout.
Contact support for duplicate charges, a completed payment without license delivery, an activation code that does not work on the purchased machine code, or a verified product fault that support cannot resolve. Platform restrictions, deleted links, private content and content you are not authorized to save are not product faults.
