Why does a public link sometimes fail?

Video platforms change their pages and access rules frequently. Confirm the link opens in your browser, update VidKite, and send support the link, platform, app version and complete error message.

Can I use one license on several computers?

A license is tied to one machine code. Contact support with your order number when replacing a computer.

Why can’t I save a cloud-downloaded video to iPhone Photos?

Choose the iPhone-compatible output option so the file uses common H.264 video and AAC audio when the source allows it.

Does the 1-month license renew automatically?

No. All current international licenses are one-time payments and never renew automatically.
