Save the video in three steps
- Copy the link: Copy the video page, Watch page, Reel, or public post address that contains the video.
- Paste it into VidKite: Choose a destination folder and put one link on each line.

Which links work?
Public videos that play in a signed-out browser are the most reliable. Friends-only posts, private groups, deleted posts, and login or region restrictions may block access.
Only download videos you own, have permission to save, or are otherwise legally authorized to download. Follow the source platform's terms and applicable law.
Common problems
The video cannot be saved to the selected folder
Choose a folder you can write to and check that the disk has enough free space. If a network drive is unavailable, try a local folder first.
The browser plays it but VidKite cannot
Test the link in a signed-out browser window. A post may appear public inside your account while still requiring membership or login.
Does a Telegram or Feishu download need my computer to stay on?
Yes. Keep your computer online, VidKite open, and the relevant bot running. Send the specific video's share link and check the save folder configured in the app when it finishes.
