Save the video in three steps
- Copy the link: Use the video page URL from your browser or the short share link copied from TikTok.
- Paste it into VidKite: Choose a destination folder and put one link on each line.
- Download: Select Best quality or an iPhone-friendly option, then follow percentage, speed, and remaining time.
Which links work?
Public videos that play without signing in are the most reliable. Private accounts, friends-only posts, deleted videos, and region-restricted content may not be available.
Only download videos you own, have permission to save, or are otherwise legally authorized to download. Follow the source platform's terms and applicable law.
Common problems
A short TikTok link does not start
Open the short link once in a browser, then copy the final full video address and paste it on its own line.
The link worked before but fails now
Update VidKite before retrying. TikTok page formats change frequently and may require a compatibility update.
The app asks for sign-in data
For a public post, first retry without browser sign-in data. Restricted posts must be accessible to you and may still be unavailable.
Download from your phone with a bot
VidKite can keep Telegram and Feishu bots active while the desktop app runs, letting you send supported public links back to your computer.
